MyDopa is currently a pre-launch product. This Privacy Policy applies to the MyDopa website, Progress Profile quiz, waitlist, quiz-result emails, launch-related emails and videos, and related pre-launch communications.
This Policy explains how MyDopa collects, uses, stores, discloses, and protects personal information when you visit the website, complete the Progress Profile quiz, request your result, join the waitlist, receive emails, or contact MyDopa.
The current website, quiz, and waitlist are separate from future MyDopa app account creation. This Policy will be updated before app accounts, paid subscriptions, AI-powered features, or the full mobile application become available.
Information you provide:
Your email address, age group, sex, quiz responses, and Progress Profile result are stored together in Supabase and are associated with the same individual.
Information collected automatically may include IP address, browser and device information, operating system, approximate region, referral source, pages viewed, buttons selected, quiz progress, completion events, waitlist conversion events, and visit dates and times. This information may be collected through GitHub Pages logs, Google Analytics, Mixpanel, and related technologies.
The Progress Profile result and the early MyDopa email series are sent together when you check the consent box and submit the form. You may unsubscribe at any time to stop all future MyDopa emails.

You may withdraw consent at any time. Withdrawal does not affect processing that occurred before withdrawal.
MyDopa uses Google Analytics and Mixpanel to understand how visitors use the website, complete the quiz, and join the waitlist.
For visitors in jurisdictions that require prior consent, including the United Kingdom and European Economic Area, Google Analytics and Mixpanel will remain disabled until the visitor selects "Accept Analytics." Visitors may select "Reject Analytics" and still use the website, quiz, and waitlist.
A footer link titled "Cookie Settings" will allow visitors to review or change their choice. Analytics records will be retained for up to 14 months.
MyDopa does not sell or rent personal information and does not use personal information for targeted advertising.
MyDopa uses the following service providers:
Information may also be disclosed when required by law, to protect rights and security, in connection with a business transaction, or at your direction.
The future MyDopa application is expected to use additional providers that may include Firebase and other Google services, OpenAI, Anthropic or Claude, RevenueCat, Paddle, Apple, and Google Play. The current website, quiz, and waitlist do not necessarily send information to these future providers.
This Policy will be updated before app accounts, AI processing, payments, or subscriptions launch, including details about the information sent to each provider, purposes, retention, consent, and user controls.
The Progress Profile result is emailed as part of the same signup that adds you to the early MyDopa email list. Checking the consent box authorizes both.
MyDopa sends the early email series, including product-education emails, launch updates, and founding-member information, to everyone who checks the consent box at signup. Each email includes an unsubscribe link. Resend processes unsubscribe requests, which stop all future MyDopa emails.
After unsubscribing, MyDopa may retain a minimal suppression record to prevent future marketing messages. You may also unsubscribe or request deletion by emailing hello@mydopa.app.
Waitlist and quiz records, including email address, age group, sex, Q1–Q7 responses, profile result, and consent record, are retained until deletion is requested, the information is no longer needed, or the record has been inactive for 24 months, whichever occurs first.
Google Analytics and Mixpanel data are retained for up to 14 months. Minimal unsubscribe suppression records may be retained as long as reasonably necessary to honor the opt-out. Information may be retained longer where required by law, to resolve disputes, prevent fraud, or protect legal rights.
MyDopa is operated from the United States and uses service providers that may process information in the United States and other countries. Where required, MyDopa will rely on lawful transfer mechanisms or safeguards made available by its providers, such as standard contractual clauses or equivalent protections.
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to, or obtain a portable copy of personal information; withdraw consent; opt out of certain uses; appeal an eligible request decision; and complain to a privacy authority.
To submit a request, email hello@mydopa.app with the subject "Privacy Request" and identify the email address used for the quiz or waitlist. MyDopa may request reasonable verification and will respond within the period required by applicable law.
MyDopa does not discriminate against individuals for exercising applicable privacy rights.
The website, quiz, and waitlist are intended only for people who are at least 18 years old. MyDopa does not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. Contact hello@mydopa.app if you believe a person under 18 submitted information.
Quiz responses and the Progress Profile result may reflect personal experiences, attitudes, perceived progress, or areas of interest. MyDopa uses this information to generate the result, improve the product, understand aggregate needs, and prepare relevant launch communications.
The Progress Profile is for personal-development and informational purposes. It is not a medical, psychological, psychiatric, employment, credit, insurance, or legal assessment and is not used to make decisions with legal or similarly significant effects.
MyDopa uses reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information, including access controls, secure service providers, encrypted connections, and data minimization. No online system can be guaranteed completely secure.
MyDopa does not sell personal information and does not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising or targeted advertising. MyDopa does not currently use advertising cookies, advertising pixels, or ad-targeting technologies.
MyDopa may update this Policy as the website, company structure, service providers, and product develop. The current effective date will appear at the top. Material changes will receive additional notice where required.
This Policy will be updated when Sempre Avanti LLC becomes the operator and again before app accounts, AI features, payments, subscriptions, or the full application launch.
