These Terms govern use of mydopa.app, the Progress Profile quiz, waitlist, quiz-result emails, launch materials, and related pre-launch content. By using these services, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy.

You must be at least 18 years old to use the quiz or join the waitlist. By submitting information, you confirm that the information is accurate and that you meet the age requirement.
MyDopa is a pre-launch product. Joining the waitlist does not guarantee access, a launch date, pricing, features, founding-member status, or product availability. MyDopa may change, delay, limit, or discontinue pre-launch features and communications.
The Progress Profile is an informational personal-development experience. It is not medical, psychological, psychiatric, legal, financial, employment, or professional advice. It does not diagnose, treat, or assess a medical or mental-health condition.
Your result is generated from the answers you provide and is intended to support reflection. Decisions affecting health, safety, finances, employment, or legal rights should be made with an appropriately qualified professional.
MyDopa sends the quiz result and the early MyDopa email series together when you check the consent box at signup. You may unsubscribe at any time to stop all future MyDopa emails.
You agree to use the website lawfully and respectfully. You may not interfere with website security or operation, attempt unauthorized access, submit malicious code, scrape or copy the service at scale, impersonate another person, or use the website to violate another person's rights.
The MyDopa name, website, quiz, profile system, text, graphics, videos, branding, software, and other content are owned by or licensed to MyDopa and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
MyDopa grants you a limited, personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the website and your result for personal, non-commercial purposes. No other rights are granted.
You retain ownership of information you submit. You authorize MyDopa to process that information as necessary to provide the quiz result, operate the waitlist, improve the service, and fulfill the purposes described in the Privacy Policy.
The website uses third-party services and may link to external websites or videos. MyDopa does not control third-party content, availability, security, or privacy practices. Your use of third-party services is governed by their own terms and policies.
The website, quiz, results, and pre-launch materials are provided on an "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, MyDopa disclaims implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement.
MyDopa does not promise that the website will always be available, error-free, secure, or suitable for every person. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or warranties that cannot legally be excluded.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MyDopa and its operator will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, opportunity, profits, or goodwill arising from the website, quiz, result, waitlist, or pre-launch communications.
Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid to use the relevant pre-launch service. The current quiz and waitlist are offered without charge. This limitation does not apply where prohibited by law.
MyDopa may restrict or end access when reasonably necessary to protect security, prevent misuse, comply with law, or preserve the operation and integrity of the service.
MyDopa may update these Terms as the product and company develop. The revised effective date will be shown at the top. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms, except where applicable law requires a different form of notice or consent.
These Terms are governed by applicable United States law and the applicable law of the state connected to the operator, without limiting mandatory consumer rights that apply where you live. Venue and dispute provisions may be updated when Sempre Avanti LLC is formed and before paid services launch.
