MyDopa for Professionals

The session ends. Life continues.

MyDopa helps people preserve what happens in between.

A therapy session, coaching conversation, or workshop creates insight. The days that follow show how that insight becomes part of real life.

MyDopa helps people capture that part — the everyday decisions, actions, reactions, and moments of progress that happen between meaningful conversations — and turns it into a record they can bring back into the room.

Athletes bring training data to coaches. Patients bring health data to doctors. MyDopa gives personal development its own record of what happens between conversations.

How it works

MyToday™

The entry screen. The user records meaningful moments as they happen — a difficult conversation handled well, a boundary held, an intention carried out, or a decision that reflects change.

MyYesterday™

The reflection conversation with Dopa. It helps the user make sense of what they captured in the context of earlier experiences and carry useful context forward.

MyProgress™

The accumulated record over time. It shows recurring themes, intentions and follow-through, periods of consistency, interruptions and returns, and patterns of change that become visible across weeks and months.

Resilience Horizon™ is a view inside MyProgress that shows patterns of engagement over time — periods of consistency, interruption, return, and continuation. It helps the user see how their engagement changes across different periods of life and gives context to what happens after a gap.

The feature surfaces the pattern. The user and, when relevant, the professional can interpret that pattern in context.

MyDopa gives personal development something most people have never had: a record of what actually happened between conversations.

Why this matters for your practice

A client arriving with three months of captured intentions, actions, experiences, and outcomes creates a richer starting point for conversation.

When the client chooses to share it, MyDopa gives the professional a longitudinal record of what the person actually experienced and applied between conversations.

That record can include recurring themes, follow-through on intentions, changes in response to familiar situations, patterns of engagement and return, and progress that becomes visible through accumulation.

The professional brings expertise, judgment, and context. MyDopa gives the person a richer record to bring into the conversation.

The user controls what they capture and what they share.

The practice and the equipment

MyHGY™ is the practice. MyDopa™ is the equipment.

MyHGY gives someone a simple practice they can begin today.

MyDopa gives that practice a persistent, structured record that grows more useful over time.

The user stays in control

MyDopa is a personal-development and continuity tool designed to complement therapy, psychology, coaching, executive coaching, learning, and other forms of professional support.

The user owns their MyDopa experience.

The user chooses what they capture, what they preserve, and what they share.

Clinical diagnosis, treatment, crisis care, and professional judgment remain within the appropriate professional relationship.

MyDopa focuses on helping the user create a clearer record of lived experience and progress.
